Agenda/Goals/Thoughts 

First: 

Everyone should have sent to me their ORIGINAL "Family" PowerPoint presentation. 

Second:

You should have made a copy of your ORIGINAL presentation and save it in your folder and name it COPY

Third:

I want you to incorporate the following techniques into your COPY.

If you know how to incorporate the techniques I am going to ask you to simply do that; incorporate them into your COPY.  If you do not know how to perform the techniques you can go to the following website to find out:

 Unit 3:

     Create a text box  Move a text box

     Re-size a text box  Copy a text box

     Add color to a text box  Outline a text box

     Remove the lines from a text box

    Change the size of a line around a text box

    Change the font  Change font color

    Add bullets  Add numbers 

    Add color for a bullet

    Change your background color

    Change your background pattern

    Activate spell check

Unit 4

                        Add a shape              Move a shape

                        Re-size a shape                     Add color to a shape

                        Add texture to a shape       Add clip art

                        Add an image (picture)        Layer an image

                        Changing the order of pictures and texts

                        Add shadows to images

            Unit 5:

                        Add a transition                   Time a transition

                        Add Custom animation         Animate your text

            Unit 6:

                        Add sounds to your animation

                        Add sounds to transitions   Add music from a CD

                        Add a video clip

            Unit 7:

                        Time your presentation

                        Creating a self-run kiosk presentation

            Unit 8:

                        Save your presentation as a web page
